What this tool is

AnyWayResumes takes the resume text and job posting you paste in and uses an AI language model to generate suggested resume language: a full rewrite, individual bullet suggestions, or coaching-style notes, depending on what you choose. The AI has no independent knowledge of you, your work history, or the employer — it works only from what you type in.

What this tool is not

It is not a guarantee of an interview, a job offer, or any outcome.
It is not career counseling, resume-writing services performed by a licensed professional, or personalized career advice.
It is not legal advice, immigration advice, or advice about your rights as an applicant or employee.
It is not a background check, fact-checking service, or verification of anything in your resume.
It is not affiliated with any employer, staffing agency, applicant tracking system vendor, or job board.

Your responsibility

Everything the tool generates is a draft for you to review, edit, and fact-check before using it anywhere. You are solely responsible for:

Making sure every claim, date, title, and accomplishment on your resume is true and accurate.
Removing anything the AI generated that doesn't honestly describe your experience.
How you use the output, including sending it to employers, recruiters, or anyone else.

AI language models can make mistakes, invent plausible-sounding details, or misunderstand context. Treat every result as a first draft written by someone who has never met you and knows only what you typed.

No warranty, no liability

AnyWayResumes is provided "as is," with no warranty of any kind, express or implied — including no warranty that the tool will be error-free, available at all times, or fit for any particular purpose. To the fullest extent allowed by law, AnyWayResumes and its owner are not liable for any outcome connected to your use of this tool, including job search outcomes, employment decisions, or any damages arising from content it generated.

Eligibility

This tool is intended for adult job seekers. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Privacy — what happens to what you paste in

When you submit your resume and a job posting, that text is sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate a response, and the generated result is sent back to your browser. Here's what that means in practice:

We do not store your resume or job posting text on our own servers after your request is processed.
We do not require an account, login, or personal contact information to use the tool.
Your text is subject to Anthropic's own API data-handling terms while it's being processed, since that's the service generating the response.
Avoid pasting sensitive information you wouldn't want processed by a third-party AI system — Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, or similarly sensitive identifiers should never appear on a resume in the first place.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as the tool changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the current version.
