1. Start in your own words

Why do you want this job? What have you done that could help you do it?

Two to five sentences is a useful start. Write as you would explain it to someone you trust. You can also use your phone’s keyboard microphone.

AI uses these words to guide your voice and draw on the experience you describe. You can write a complete letter here and keep it without using AI.

2. Tell us about the job

Job requirements describe what the employer wants. They are not proof that you have that experience.

Add relevant parts of your resume, work, study, volunteering, or projects. Leave out details you do not want in the letter.

3. Choose your help

Keep your voice. AI is asked to keep your natural wording and level of formality, improve clarity, and avoid adding experience or qualifications.

Nothing in this form is sent until you choose Shape my letter with AI. That sends the fields above through our Cloudflare server to Anthropic. Our application does not save the text after processing. Cloudflare stores technical request logs; errors may also be logged. Read the privacy details.
